Cash Plus

A “cash plus” offer is a 2 close transaction.

At the first closing, the seller receives a fair cash payout. After closing, the buyer will do some repairs, updates, deep cleaning and staging and the property will go back on the market.

When it sells, the original owner/seller will receive a second payout based on the increased value minus 2nd owner’s costs including closing costs.
